Shipping
Items are shipped by USPS with a flat rate of $7.
Items are shipped the next business day. Once shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Returns
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at dfolsom@sword-rose.com before the item is shipped.
If you wish to return an order, contact us at dfolsom@sword-rose.com and we will start the return process. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received, we will refund the order.
Materials
Most of my items are made with aluminum which is hypoallergenic.
The earring hooks and post are also hypoallergenic.
There are few items with metals that might not be hypoallergenic but they will be marked as not hypoallergenic.

Custom Orders
Yes, I do take custom orders.
Just email me at dfolsom@sword-rose.com with what you are wanting and include any images if you have them.
